The AppleTrader Returns Policy

Shipping Damage:

  • If the product(s) arrives at your door with apparent damage, please email us for a replacement.

  • If you have already accepted the parcel and found it was damaged, please email us within 48 hours after the parcel arrived.

  • Do not throw away any packing material and email us as soon as possible.


Factory Defect:

  • If you have received your product(s) with factory defect, please email us within 48hours after you have received the parcel.

  • The product(s) which you want to return must be in new with its original packaging and also in unused condition.

  • In case we cannot provide a replacement or exchange the product(s), we will arrange a refund to you, but the delivery fee must be paid by you.

  • Any other cases depend on the situation.


Once the return is approved by us, the item must be returned to us within 21 days after you have received it. The returned product(s) must be in good condition with original packaging.

If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will send a new one to you. Otherwise, we will send the original item back to you.

The shipping cost for returns should be paid by customer.
